Project consisted of a 40,000 SF second generation law office tenant improvement in a Class A office building. Scope included upgraded finishes throughout including a skyfold partition, NanaWall sliding partition, glass stairs and office fronts, wood ceilings with drywall soffits, LED cove lighting and custom casework. While aesthetics were a key focus of the project, just as much of a premium was placed on sound mitigation and privacy, so we worked closely with an acoustician. This high-end build resulted in a clean, polished, yet warm-feeling and highly functional space with beautiful attention to detail.
