Demolition and construction of a 110,000 SF tenant improvement within an existing building that included an upgraded central plant and extensive site upgrades. The facility is an R&D facility for a clinical diagnostic testing laboratory, that included lab space as well as office facilities for IT and marketing, as well as an on-site cafeteria.
