Carmel Mountain Plaza

This project involved the exterior façade renovation of an 80,000 SF shopping center with full interior demolition returning to shell condition, and new demising wall construction. The exterior renovations included new parking lot lighting, façade elements, new canopies, storefront entries, new fire service, new MEP service, and two new building pads for future construction.
