Mark Irish
Chief Estimator
Mark Irish is the Chief Estimator for Pacific Building Group and is responsible for preparing major estimates, conceptual budgets, as well as subcontractor bidding. His projects include long-term negotiated clients as well as hard bid contracts, including the preparation of guaranteed maximum price and fee and general condition proposals.
Mark has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry successfully managing and estimating various types of projects including commercial, medical, retail, office, site development, and tenant improvements. He has worked in the San Diego construction community gaining valuable experience as a Superintendent, Project Engineer and Project Manager prior to joining Pacific Building Group.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA.
