Manager of Facilities Services
Dan Monda is the Manager of the Facilities Maintenance Division for Pacific Building Group, and oversees all aspects of commercial repairs, maintenance, tenant improvements and renovations for small to mid-size construction projects. Dan manages and supports the staff personnel, subcontractors, vendors, budgets and construction schedule critical to this division and also develops and maintains key client relationships.
Dan has worked with Pacific Building Group for over 20 years, where he began as a drywall hanger in the field, eventually making his way into the office as part of the Estimating team, and finally becoming a Project Manager overseeing tenant improvements. Dan's extensive experience in construction, from the beginning to the end of a project, allows the Facilities Division to provide clients with a superior level of expertise.
Dan has completed projects for a wide variety of industries and many national corporations, and was instrumental in the company's ongoing relationships with SONY Corp. and Callaway Golf. He currently works directly with property managers and facilities engineers to upgrade and maintain some of San Diego's premier Class A office facilities, as well as commercial and industrial centers throughout the county.
