Allison Beall
Director of Business Development
Allison Beall is the Director of Business Development for Pacific Building Group and is responsible for new business development with a focus on strategic growth and client service. Primary areas of development include tenant improvements, corporate facilities and medical projects. Allison oversees all proposals and RFP responses, working closely with the Project Management team to provide owners and design teams with best possible pricing and scheduling. Additionally, she manages all aspects of Pacific Building Group’s marketing efforts, including advertising and public relations.
Prior to joining Pacific Building Group, Allison was the director of client relations for a San Diego law firm specializing in construction and business litigation. She continues to be actively involved in the real estate and construction industry and currently serves on many committees for local associations. Some of these include the Developing Leaders Board for National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), San Diego Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and both the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of San Diego chapters.
Allison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD prior to returning to her hometown of San Diego.
