Complete rehabilitation of the former Harbor View Medical Center. The project included structural upgrades to the 6-story 94,000 square foot building, as well as extensive interior construction. The facility will house up to 416 people and can produce over 1,300 meals daily from the state-of-the-art kitchen. In addition, the new building has the Men's and Women's Educational Centers, Learning Center and basketball/outdoor gym.
