Demolition and tenant improvements to 105,000 sf within two 2-story buildings to provide a warm shell for multiple tenant users. Project included Class A lobby renovations and upgrades to the existing restrooms and common areas. Improvements were also made to the courtyard and entry parking, as well as the addition of a water feature and landscaping.
