LEED Gold - NC / Construction of an 11-story Class A office facility, 6-story adjacent parking structure and the surrounding site amenities.The building contains innovative environmental features to reduce its overall energy consumption by 17.5% and water use by 30% compared to a standard building of its size. Additionally, the project earned a rebate from San Diego Gas & Electric by providing on-site renewable energy in the form of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the parking structure.
