Complete remodel of the existing 103,000 sf building including new high bay lighting and raised computer floor with carpet tiles, in the 75,000 sf open area. Upgrades to the executive offices, conference rooms and cafeteria. Project also included the construction of a new Data Center serving the 24/7 needs of College Loan’s 800 person call center.
