The Carroll Canyon Business Park project involved development of a 52-acre site that included the development of 13 pads for ground-up office and industrial space. The project was developed within a steep hillside canyon and included the re-channelization of Carroll Canyon Creek. The work included mass grading, underground utilities, road improvements and significant site work and landscaping.
