Safety
It is the policy of Pacific Building Group to provide a safe and healthful workplace for our employees and to observe all State and Federal Laws and Regulations. We have and will continue to maintain a Safety and Health program designed to train our employees to follow safe practices, and to recognize and correct unsafe working conditions. Active participation and adherence to the Safety Program is a condition of each employee's employment.
All Pacific Building Group Superintendents, Foremen and skilled labor employees are issued a Safety Policy & Procedures Manual, Injury and Illness Prevention Program upon hire. This manual outlines the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) which is an "effective" written plan that includes management's safety policy commitment, assignment of responsibilities, and procedures that are fully implemented into practice.
Our Safety Policy is just one component of our company-wide goal to provide the best quality and most productive service in our industry.
